Our insurance requires that you be atleast 21 years of age to rent and/or operate the golf cart.
- The golf cart can be operated on most roadways with a speed-limit of 35MPH or less.
- Golf carts are not permitted on the beach or sidewalks.
- Some HOAs may prohibit the use of golf carts. Please check before you book. The cancellation policy applies if you cancel due to HOA restrictions.
- Each driver must have a valid drivers license and personal or commercial automobile insurance policy.
- You should use a major credit card to reserve your cart online. Other payment arrangements may be accommodated depending on the scenario.
Important Safety and Security Recommendations
- For safety: children that require a car seat should not ride in the golf cart.
- For security: do not leave personal belongings in the golf cart.
